Exquisite!!!!!! A Milestone birthday dinner!! Wonderful dining experience! Christopher was our server & attention to detail was OUT OF THIS WORLD!! The food was divinely prepared hot, fresh, and delish! Your tastebuds will enjoy the journey on every course! The staff was friendly from the time of entry until exit!! Highly recommend!
Ocean Prime gave us a great first night in DC! Hostesses were kind and helpful, the ambience was gorgeous and interesting. Our server, David, was outstanding - he was extremely attentive, responsive, friendly, and fun. The food was equally outstanding. My husband and youngest had delicious and perfectly cooked steaks, my oldest son enjoyed some sushi, and I had the ora king salmon. All the food was delicious but to me the stars of the show were the lobster bisque and the warm butter cake. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to Ocean Prime for helping our family create awesome memories!
This place was perfect for Father’s Day/Birthday. Service was amazingly awesome thanks to our waitress Serena!!! She went above and beyond for us.. from breaking down our menu details to making sure we had everything right that was in front of us 10 stars for just her alone! The sea bass was out of this world delicious! The lobster mac was amazing! We definitely enjoyed the dry ice show,that was nice!! The atmosphere was incredible! Very soft very calm and romantic! 10 of 10 definitely a returning customer!
5 restaurant. A reservation is a must. Fantastic place with amazing food. I want to ensure to recognize Sam, who was our server. He went above and beyond to recognize my wife’s birthday with a dessert. Creme brulee was off the hook. For food we ordered pork chops and lobster linguine, definitely recommend. We can’t wait to come back! Thanks again!
Classy, hip, celebratory vibe in this restaurant - along with warm, friendly service - makes a good grill meal great. Halibut and lobster were stand outs positively, give the gamey hamachi a miss. And save room for the 10 layer carrot cake
Ocean Prime is a great seafood restaurant to try while in DC. I personally like their shrimp cocktail. My spouse loves their lobster rolls. They offer a nice dining experience with a nice ambiance. With its location being so close to the treasury, you may run into a politician.
I ‘ve been a regular guest at this Ocean Prime for well over a year . Everything is served with such perfection and care . The food and atmosphere is excellent. Rebecca is truly phenomenal !!! She has to be one of the best bartenders in the city , handing the crowd effortlessly with grace and finesse.
Food choices were excellent and delicious, service was extremely good. Great ambiance, elegant but not stuffy. They only offer brunch on selected holidays but they should consider it at lest every Sunday. It’s more family oriented rather than the bottomless mimosa patrons. Their fresh brewed, as it should be, espresso martinis are superb.
